How It Works

• Subscribe by the 10th to receive that month’s Pretty Sweet Mail.

• Orders ship on the 11th of each month.

• Subscribe after the 10th → your first envelope will be the next month’s edition.

Billing + Renewal

• Your first payment is charged at checkout

• After that, subscriptions are billed on the day subscribed each month.

  • EX. If you subscribe on the 8th of February you will be billed on the 8th of March.

• Your subscription renews automatically until canceled

Shipping

All mail is shipped on the 11th of each month so it arrives during the correct month.

Shipping is included for U.S. subscribers

1. International shipping is available with a small surcharge for postage

2. Once your letter is shipped, delivery time depends on your local postal service (there is no tracking)

Address Changes

Need to update your shipping address?
Please email/DM your new address before the 10th so it updates in time for the next shipment.

Cancellations

• You can cancel anytime before the 10th to stop the month’s renewal

• If you cancel after the 10th, your mail of the month may already be in progress and will still ship

Important Notes

• This is a physical mail subscription, so items are not available digitally

• Colors may vary slightly due to printing

• Because each envelope is prepared in small batches, returns are not accepted
